This page explains what we keep when you use the site or write to us, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you send a message or ask about a commission, we keep what you have typed: your name, your email address and the details of your request.
The site also records ordinary technical information, such as the type of browser used and the pages opened, so we can tell what is slow or broken.
We keep notes from your enquiries while we're working together and for a reasonable time after. If you commission a shoot, we retain contact details and location records longer, since we may need to reference them for follow-up work or licensing.
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the services we use to run the studio — hosting, payment processing, email — and only the details they need.
Access to your details is limited to the people who need it, and everything sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to us and we will confirm once it is done.
The site uses a small number of cookies to track basic usage and remember your preferences. Which ones, and how to disable them, is explained separately.
If anything here changes we will update this page along with the date at the top.
Anything you are unsure about can go through the contact page, and we will answer plainly.
