These terms cover the use of this site and any commission or print order placed through it. Using the site means you accept them.
You are welcome to view, save and print these pages for your own reference. Please do not copy them for commercial use or present the photographs here as your own work.
A request sent through the site is an enquiry, not a binding agreement. A commission is confirmed once we have agreed on the shoot details, location, price and timing in writing.
We take commissions throughout the year, but in limited numbers to maintain quality. If we cannot capture the conditions you want, cannot schedule the shoot in your timeframe, or cannot deliver the vision you have, we will be honest about it rather than overcommit.
Prices are confirmed in writing before any work begins, and a deposit is typically required to secure your shoot date. The balance is due before final images are delivered.
Lightning and storm clouds shift constantly, and no two captures are identical. Print colours, contrast and fine detail vary slightly depending on the medium and finish. These natural variations are inherent to the work, not flaws.
We prepare and ship each print once it is fully cured and ready. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within five days and we will reprint or replace it at no charge.
A print or product made to your specific requirements cannot be returned for a refund unless it is genuinely faulty, since it was created for you alone.
All photographs and images on this site are the work of Paackpilot. Please contact us before republishing or licensing any images—we're happy to discuss permissions.
We stand behind every image we deliver. We'll address any issues on our end. We're not liable for problems caused by equipment failure, adverse weather conditions beyond our control, or accidents during shoots.
